HONORING THE DOUGHBOYS
At 5 pm each day, Taps is sounded by a bugler at the National WW1 Memorial to honor the memory of 4.7 million Americans who finished a fight they did not start, in a land they had never visited, for peace and liberty for people they did not know.

Taps Across America 2022
Taps Across America is an annual event that asks Americans, wherever they are at 3:00 p.m. local time on Memorial Day, to pause for a duration of one minute to remember those who have died in military service to the United States.

Pearl Harbor Day – 2021
On December 7, 2021 we will remember the sacrifices of those who gave their lives at Pearl Harbor. We are asking buglers to take time during the day to honor them by sounding Taps.
